Works commence on the gas works rationalisation project at Windsor Bridge Road, Bath

JOA are pleased to announce the commencement of work on the gas rationalisation project at Windsor Bridge Road. The Council’s contractors are currently on site undertaking civil engineering work to prepare for the diversion and relocation of the historic gas apparatus. The works will replace old gas mains and reposition apparatus to the perimeter of the site. JOA, in partnership with the Council is working with the other landowners, National Grid and Wales & West Utiltiies to prepare the site for future development. Sanctus Ltd have been appointed to undertake the civils works.

JOA successfully complete training facilities at Bath College City Centre Campus

The successful completion of this new state-of-the-art hub with specialist education and training facilities will allow Bath College to keep pace with the growing demand for hospitality and catering sector skills. The brand new facilities include a full commercial restaurant as well as both a skills and production kitchen.

Wiltshire College Animal Care Facilities at Lackham are now open

Set in 1600 acres of countryside, Lackham is Wiltshire College’s specialist campus for land-based study. As part of the £9m redevelopment of Lackham, the development of the new Animal Resource Centre is now complete and open to students. The centre is home to an incredible range of exotic and domestic animals. The construction of these new animal care facilities has provided new zoo-level enclosures for a range of animals, providing students with cutting-edge practical learning opportunities.
